ParentPay: Our Online Payment System
At Barnby Road Academy, we use ParentPay, a secure and easy-to-use online platform for managing payments and bookings. ParentPay is our preferred method for:
With ParentPay, you can make payments online 24/7 using a credit or debit card, or you may choose to set up a direct debit for added convenience. The system uses the highest levels of internet security to ensure all transactions are safe and reliable.
You’ll also have access to your full payment history and statements online at any time, giving you peace of mind and full transparency. It will also allow you to set up low balance alerts via email or text.
If your child is eligible for Free School Meals or Universal Infant Free School Meals (Reception, Year 1, and Year 2), you will still need to book meals online via ParentPay. Although there will be no charge, it’s essential to select and save your meal choices.
You will receive your ParentPay account activation details from the school office shortly after your child starts at Barnby Road. Once received, simply visit the ParentPay website to activate your account. You can create a single login if you have more than one child using ParentPay, even across different schools.
A guide on ‘How to Book School Dinners’ will be emailed out along with your activation details shortly after your child starts school.
