Autumn Term
Welcome to the Autumn Term in Year 5!
This term will be studying Victorians. We will focus on and explore our local area, where we hope to discover lots of facts about the Victorian period. We will explore Newark on a Victorian town trail and Art Gallery visit and visit the workhouse in Southwell. We will also have an exciting experience of a Victorian Christmas at Newstead Abbey. We will be reading the text, 'Street Child', as our class story.
