Useful information
This term, we have yoga on a Monday afternoon and PE on a Friday afternoon. The children should come to school in their PE kits on these days. Please ensure that hair is tied back and earrings have been removed.
We will be sending homework home on a Friday. This will comprise of spellings and maths. We also ask that the children read at least 3 times a week and for their reading records to be signed with an adult signature to reflect this. RWI reading books will be changed every week on a Friday; free readers may change their book on any day of the week. Thank you for your support with your child's learning at home.
On a Tuesday and Thursday morning, you may come into the classroom at 8:30am for Reading Club. Children must be accompanied by an adult during this time. This is an opportunity to hear your child read as we understand that fitting this in at home can sometimes be tricky!
