Milk, Fruit and Lunchtime
Milk
Your child is entitled to free milk at Nursery. Please make sure you register for your child to receive milk on the ‘Cool Milk’ website below.
Fruit
In Nursery all children are offered a piece of fruit /vegetable each day as part of the National Fruit and Vegetable Scheme. The children will be offered a range of fruits/vegetables throughout the week e.g. apples, bananas, apples, pears, carrots, sugar snap peas. We ask you not to provide alternative snacks as we are a healthy school, unless your child stays for the full day.
30-hours
Children can bring a packed lunch, or order a school dinner with staff on arrival. Children will eat their lunch in the hall with familiar staff, before having a play in Roisin's Garden afterwards. NB - There is an additional charge for lunchtime supervision, which will be added to ParentPay.
Children who stay for the full day at Nursery can also bring an additional healthy snack with them for the afternoon, should you wish.
