It was an absolute pleasure to accompany the year 3 children to their first taste of competitive tag rugby yesterday. The children were all fabulous and after a nervous start they produced some excellent rugby throughout all of their matches. A massive well done to all of the children!

We are so proud of our year 5 & 6 Indoor athletics team who were runners up in the county finals this afternoon. The children were absolutely amazing! To achieve a medal in a county event is a fantastic achievement. 

The staff have created some amazing displays of the children's learning on World Book Day last week. Make sure you look out for them at Parents' Evening this week!

We have had a fantastic World Book Day today!

Mr Barnett started the day with an assembly about why books are so important and launched our focus book across the school -  'Journey' by Aaron Becker (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AoIA9DebV70).

All children from Nursery to Year 6 created a written and creative response to the story; the staff are now busily creating some displays of the children's amazing learning ready for you to see at Parents' Evening!
