Flu Immunisation Team in school Monday 18th October

Flu Immunisations are being held in school on Monday 18th October.  This is for pupils in Reception through to Year 6.

 

Please note that IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO HAVE THE FLU VACCINATION you MUST COMPLETE AN ONLINE CONSENT FORM FOR EACH CHILD using the following link
