• Christmas Tree Decoration Competition

  We have been amazed at all of the fantastic entries we have had for our 'resourceful' and 'creative' decorations for the school Christmas tree at Newark Parish Church. We are pleased to announce that, as they were all so amazing, we will endeavour to add all of them to the tree at the church. If there are too many, some will be used for our Christmas tree at school.

   

  Thank you so much for the time you have taken and helping your children to get 'creative' and 'resourceful'! We hope lots of you will visit the Christmas tree during the festival. See the attached flyer for more details.

  

• Year 4 Habitats Exhibition

  Many thanks to all the parents and carers who came and saw the fantastic habitats projects in the Year 4 classrooms this afternoon. It was a great opportunity for children to talk about their work to adults. Of course, children also benefitted greatly from your wonderful support at home in producing the projects, so thank you for that. The children were so proud of their work.

  It was great to see parents getting round all the classrooms and collecting stamps on their charts. The "Prize Draw" was completed by Nellie in Year 4 (witnessed by Mr Webster) and was won by Sofia Pessoa. Please collect your prize from Mr Barnett tomorrow.
