  We had a great time yesterday at our YR and KS1 Sports Days. The children were amazing! Thank you to all of the adults who came to cheer the children on.

• Quadkids athletics success!

  Yesterday we took part in the county finals of the Quadkids athletics event. We had five boys and five girls who each had to take part in the following events:

  50m 

  400m 

  Standing Long Jump 

  Javelin Throw

  The children performed brilliantly in all of their events, especially in the 400m which was a big challenge for them at the end of the afternoon. I am delighted to announce that we were the runners up out of the 7 districts that took part just behind the leading school from Nottingham City. This is a fantastic achievement and something the children should be very proud of.
