• District Netball Champions

  A massive well done to our Netball team who were crowned Newark & District champions last night at the Minster school in Southwell. They managed to win all 5 of their league matches against each of the other representatives across the district. They will now go on to represent the district in the county finals.

• Newark Primary Schools' Maths Challenge

  Our Year 5s at Barnby Road took part in the Newark Primary Maths challenge an The Magnus school... and won, coming top out of 8 schools taking part.  We were all very proud of them.  Organised by The Magnus, their staff were hugely impressed by our children's rapid recall and broad, mathematical knowledge. Brilliant!
