  • Online learning begins again and some exciting new lessons from the BBC!

    Fri 17 Apr 2020

We hope you have all enjoyed a sunny Easter! ☀️

We will be starting to set tasks for children on Purple Mash/Tapestry again from Monday.

BBC will also be producing daily Maths, English and Topic lessons, for Year 1-Year 6, from next week. There will be clips to watch and activities to complete which will be fantastic to supplement the children’s Purple Mash tasks. Have a look at the timetable below and follow the link to start learning on Monday!

  • Free School Meal Entitlement

    Wed 15 Apr 2020

If you are in receipt of certain benefits, and are eligible for Free School Meals, we can now provide every eligible child with a weekly shopping voucher worth £15 to spend at participating supermarkets while schools are closed due to coronavirus. Please note that this is separate from the Universal Free School Meals that all children in YR-Y2 receive and these vouchers are only available for those in receipt of certain benefits who qualify for Free School Meals.

If your circumstances have changed and you think you may now be eligible for Free School Meals you can check and apply on the Notts County Council website below.

  • Easter Challenges

    Fri 03 Apr 2020

We would like to say a big well done to the children for all of their hard work at home over the last two weeks. The staff have loved keeping in touch with them through Tapestry, or through the Purple Mash blogs!

We will not be setting learning tasks for the children over the Easter holidays. However, if you would like a few things to keep them busy, why not see if they can complete our Easter bingo activities?  See how many they can cross off over the holidays. We would love to see what they are getting up to; please share photos of their creations on our Facebook page!
